The Homework Diary Company Ltd has been working closely with its partners to develop a more efficient process of transferring files between our customers and us. We present to you SEDEX, Secure Electronic Document EXchange that will bring many significant improvements in the service that we offer our customers.
On our website you will notice a SEDEX/Customer login section. Once you have registered, you will be assigned a username and password to access your secure online account and there you will find your electronic documents that have been uploaded to your area by The Homework Diary Company, such as the updated customised Diary Planner pages, your updated Handbook, or any other file that needs to be transfered between the two of us.
We can provide up to eight people at your school with access to your account and when someone at HDC uploads a file to your area, an automatically generated confirmation email will be sent to each of the users within your group to let them know that a new file is available. You then access your account and download the document.
You can also specify if each user is permitted to upload files into your account for HDC to action. For instance, you may want to upload digital pictures for your Handbook. When a user uploads a file, an automtaed email is sent to the 'account manager' at HDC to inform them of the new material.
There are many advantages in using SEDEX but none more so than the speed at which we can provide you with access to your updated customised sections, no more postal delays or postage costs.
The efficiency of the document transfer between HDC and its customers is fundamental for successful design, printing and production processes. HDC believes once you start using the SEDEX system you will experience high levels of customer service that you could not find from any other company in the market place.
